Ziggo at 8% IPv6 ... but has turned it off again?

That looks impressive: according to worldipv6launch Ziggo is at 8% IPv6 traffic (from 1% one month earlier):





But does this tweet between @iljitsch and @ziggowebcare mean Ziggo has turnef off IPv6?
